Hello, I am Mrs. Evans. I am excited to be Sakai's Health/PE teacher. I am passionate about helping people learn and strengthen skills that enable them to live a healthy (physical, social, and emotional) life.

I have been teaching at Sakai since the year 2000. I graduated from Washington State University in 1997 with a B.S. in Zoology. GO COUGS! In 2000 I graduated from City University with a MiT (Master in Teaching). In addition to teaching, I have coached Gymnastics, Zumba, SCUBA, Yoga, and Cross Country for over 20 years.

I am married to Aaron Evans who is a PE teacher at Kingston High School. We have one son named Connor who graduated from BHS.
