I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and attended Washington State University—go Cougs! I live on Bainbridge Island with my husband and two sons, Gunnar and Gage. We have a very sweet golden retriever named Norma Jean.

My goal is to see all students at Sakai achieve success. One of the most important aspects of my work is building strong relationships with students, teachers and families. You’ll find me in the hallways, classrooms, playground, and at special activities throughout the year. My passion has been and always will be educating students. I encourage parents and community members to be active participants in the education of our students.
